Tracy Kaiser I will never go elsewhere. I’ve even moved to another state and continue using her services.Professional in every aspect. Don’t go to tax preparation companies that “herd” people through. Your going to pay more for less at places like that. Having Nancy Winter CPA prepare my taxes has been the best decision for my family. If I have questions about anything that is financial and will affect my taxes I call her and she always responds.

Edoardo Tortoledo Worse customer service experience I’ve had, at ANY bank, Chat agent (Jenna R), not sure if she was inexperienced or if that’s a protocol but absolutely no help, i clearly had mentioned that I couldn’t make a payment thru the phone and she tells me to “call” goes to give me the number and the a “pre made response” when that’s precisely why I opened the chat, to get someone to help, i explained to her again, just to received a very similar response, I previously had Bank of the West, which we know was taken over, and it was by far a much better bank. After having 15 different accounts at other banks, I never came across such terrible lack of customer service support.
