1 /5 Mandrake Robles: Stay away from State Farm. They offer a nice low rate upfront and then they start jacking up the rates. I went from 75 a month with 2 vehicles full coverage. I added a driver and 1 vehicle went to 150 which was understandable but now I’m at 280 and no one can explain why and won’t help. Called around to other companies getting quotes around 190 to 210 for the exact same coverage. And we have no accidents or tickets. I don’t get it.

5 /5 Alissa Bielski: Very pleased with the quick/efficient service. My claim was handled and closed in 1 weeks time. They were great at walking us through the whole process as we have never made a claim on insurance before. Spoke with Amy about replacing my car seats and she was super nice. My payment was processing within 2 hours so I could quickly purchase new car seats for my children. Very happy with the service I received.

1 /5 Brandon Kleckner: Absolutely most disrespectful staff I’ve ever dealt with. Not only where they not knowledgeable about the policy or processes but when I expressed frustration with dealing with State Farm Corporate office one staff member said “well they just do stuff by the books and we don’t here at the office”. The other staff member said “well it’s typical that when we have to call about claims we are on hold for hours, that’s pretty standard in any business”. Do not give your money to these people!!

4 /5 Dave: I love the service that Chads office provides. However I would like to see the yearly phone or better call of trying to pressure the customer for different coverage "more money" etc go away.
