1 /5 D Z: While service and staff were the best when we started, they have become more strict/shady about cars in storage mode for winter, etc... (cars not being used because of the season like sports car), it was more having to deal with their nonsense, they would come up with excuses that it was a state mandate, that they couldnt do it, that it needed full coverage, etc... We called up the state and they stated that was not true, if the car is not being driven, it doesnt need insurance but do recommend comprehensive if in case anything happen while it was stored in the garage.
We also called other State Farm agencies and they stated it is allowed to be put in comp. only if it is not driven, we told them what this agency told us and they informed us they have been getting people complaining about this agent.
We moved to another State Farm agent and have been able to make adjustments as needed.
They just want $ out of you by making excuses in hopes you dont go beyond the mile to onvestigate further.
