Ginger Archer Worst office I have ever had the displeasure of trying to get in contact with over the telephone. They never answer or call back once you leave a message. They always open late too. 8 AM is more like 830AM 845AM. Nice people though once you finally get to one that is.

JULIE We had a very bad experience with this firm. They did not prioritize personal income taxes, kept putting us off and wouldn’t return our calls. It took more than 6 months for them to do our taxes .In 2024, the bill more than doubled from the year before and they refused to go over the taxes with us. This year, we switched to another accounting firm and they found a large mistake. I would not recommend using this firm.

Also, Investment options/decisions are expedited when tax information is at Pete’s fingertips. After retiring a few years ago we have worked to optimize income from an inherited IRA while minimizing the taxes and IRMAA surcharges for Medicare premiums.
