Alexandra Buisson I’ve been working with Christina for many years, and up until this year, she has been truly wonderful. When she expanded her business, I was thrilled to see her thriving and continued to trust her with our taxes. Unfortunately, something changed this year, and I’m really sad to be writing this. Our scheduled Zoom meeting in late March was canceled the day of due to major software issues on their end. While we completely understood and were flexible (we agreed to proceed with a pre-recorded option instead to give her more time) that ended up being the last time we heard from Christina or her team. From that point on, we received no responses to our emails, even when we kindly asked whether we should look elsewhere for help filing this year. Phone calls went straight to voicemail, and their client portal mentioned the messaging system was down. We gave it ample time, hoping for an update, but it never came. In the end, we had to file our taxes ourselves at the last minute, still with no word from Christina. After so many years of great service, we’re extremely disappointed in how things were handled this time. The complete lack of communication was unprofessional and left us in a really difficult position. Sadly, we’ll be looking for a new CPA moving forward.

Kelsey Adams I had the pleasure of shooting a headshot for Chris, who is my financial advisor. I could not express more about how amazing he is at his job and how much he cares about his clients. I had a situation come up with some money I did not know I has and when I asked him about investing it or spending it, he provided me with the most amazing spread of visuals and information to help me make an informed decision. When I had vanguard and other companies, none of them ever took the time or seem to care and im most grateful for this. I fell comfortable talking to him and he provides an atmosphere that is real and like home. Thanks Chris for all you do for me and my money!

Brandon Nitz I cannot say enough how happy I am that I switched to the Bank of Belleville. We were at our original bank for 26 years, after a buyout things changed and we lost that hometown customer service. Bank of Belleville has turned that around for me and my business. Josh and Ron were fantastic getting everything transferred, JoAnn was wonderful in refinancing my home, and the weekly calls to confirm business debits are a touch you just dont get anywhere else. Last, but certainly not least, the Bank of Belleville team was instrumental in helping us apply and receive of PPP loan in such an uncertain time. The late night and weekend calls/emails to get everything appropriately processed are a small insight to what you get at a hometown bank like this. Thank you, Bank of Belleville!
