Terry Henricks So I took a check written by one of your customers to get it cashed and your policy is not to cash it because it may be fraudulent check ..so everybody that walks in the door is a criminal... Nice attitude towards a future customer. Why would anybody set up a checking account with you if you cant write a check to somebody and they cant cash it at the local bank to which it is written, it seems like a very ridiculous policy. So Im assuming that anybody that walks in the door that is not a customer of your bank is somehow a criminal!assumthassuming anybody that isnt a customer of your bank

Elaine Simpson Ok I accidentally rated the wrong location. I’ve done business with the one in Creve Coeur, not Pekin.... so my apologies. But I’m sure they are all nice! I have no idea who helped me but the first time it was a guy and the second time it was a woman and they were both fantastic. Super nice, non-judgemental and made the process easy as pie. If you lie to them, withhold important information or file bankruptcy after taking out a loan (which is ILLEGAL and you’re lucky you didn’t go to JAIL for that) then YES, they’re probably going to be upset and I can’t blame them. By the way, lying on any legal document is also against the law so you definitely shouldn’t do that. Did you actually think they weren’t going to check and verify this information?? And how on earth did you plan on paying a PAYDAY loan back if you weren’t working??
