When I made the call to talk to Alissa I was a mess and the way she reassured me and I could tell she genuinely cared about my situation was incredible! The way Alissa and Carole went above and beyond to ensure I understood every step of the process. Whenever I had a question I didn’t feel like I was a bother when I called the office as Carole explained it thoroughly to me and made sure before I hung up if I actually understood. Sharon was great about listening to me and taking care of all the details. Ultimately, Andy and Sharon worked together to resolve my case. Cierra Francis Would give zero stars if possible, went to get back- child support ordered and the secretary said she doesn’t know when he can even speak to us because “she doesn’t make his hours”, never said she needed to make his hours but should be able to tell us when we can speak to him due to him being unable to find a phone to give her a call back. This was all AFTER she paid him, this has been going on for almost a year now. Do not go here!
