5 /5 Laura Lenington: Walter was referred to me a couple of years ago by another lawyer that I know, like, and trust. My experiences with Walter have been phenomenal. He is responsive, explains things thoroughly, and he is really fair on price. With my oversight, he helped a real estate client of mine in the past, and it was such a great experience; so when it was time for my own mother to do her estate planning, powers of attorney, etc., Walter was the only person we called. He was fantastic with my mother and didn’t overlook any details. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and I’d come back for more legal services at any time.

I called several, but Mr. Ozark was one of only two that called back. His secretary is very kind and helpful, and he was very responsive during the process. We met on Wednesday, discussed my grandmothers needs, and he had all the paperwork drawn up and ready for us by Friday. He knows the estate planning business, explains it well to educate those who dont, put his focus on my grandmother (the client), and is extremely prompt. He even came out to hold the door open for us when we arrived at his office. Thats exactly what we needed. I would highly recommend this firm to others and we are happy with the work performed, the price and value, and the overall experience.

5 /5 Karen Woods: My son and daughter and I met with Mr. Ozark to discuss setting up a my will and other documents, such as living will and power of attorney. His discussion was clear and detailed and he easily answered all our questions. A few days later my daughter and I met with him to set up these documents, and again his explanations were clear and detailed. Within the week the documents were in my hands. Mr. Ozarks demeaner throughout was serious, thoughtful, yet relaxed and friendly. His affable personality put everyone at ease and everything needed was accomplished.

I reached out to about 5 law firms to inquire as to their willingness to help and their price to do so. Mr. Ozark was the first to reach out and informed us he specializes in Senior Law. His consultation was free and he explained to my mother her options in a clear and easy-to-understand way. He also showed us up-front his charges, which we thought were incredibly reasonable. He told us he tends to be a "low-pressure" lawyer. I would go further and say he was a "no-pressure" lawyer. There were some papers to be filled out ahead of time that we were able to do at home and on our timetable. When the final appointment was made, everything was wrapped up in about an hour with no "hidden costs". I couldnt have imagined an easier, better, or more affordable experience. 5 /5 sarah ryan: My husband and I needed to update our wills and powers of attorney for health care. We contacted Mr. Ozark, who was able to meet with us to discuss our options. After consulting with him, he offered several options for us to choose from, based on our conversation. Once we decided which options would suit us best, he drew up the necessary forms, and we scheduled a meeting to go over the information. Mr. Ozark explained everything very thoroughly, in language that we could easily understand. We are very satisfied with the counsel that we received.
