1 /5 Ty Copley: Hired Neely to represent me in court presiding over parental time with my daughter, its been little over a year since I hired him and hardly any progress, paid $2500 to withhold him back in December of 2016, months later, asked if he used up all the money and he said yes but he was going to "see it thru" well 1 week ago, his secretary contacts me and says I owe more money, $2000 more to be excact, so I go in today to talk to him, ask for copies of everything and hes already trying to back out of the case, he gets smart and hatefull besides trying to work this out somehow, its been more than a year and nothing has been finalized, thankfully Im seeing my daughter only because we went to mediation, he didnt and has not done a damn thing this whole time, hes nothing but a lier and a crook, do not recommend at all, you have been warned if you think about hiring him, also do not vote for him. Ive asked question presiding the case due to legal wording and wanting explanation on court papers and he doesnt explain it bad overall experience!!
