Ryan Winstead I never expected to call a law firm and have a lawyer answer the phone and then have that same lawyer be the one to handled my case. However, thats what you get when you work with RC&A. You never have to go through a secretary or wait on hold to talk about your case. I was never bounced around to different people. In the few instances when I had to leave a voicemail when I called on the weekend or in the evening my calls were return in a very timely manner. Theyre exceptional at what they do and are extremely transparent with expectations. During our first conversation Jeff told me that "if your lawyer seems to be telling you everything you want to hear you are probably with the wrong law firm." I thought that was very refreshing because before I called RC&A I did call a few other law firms and thats exactly what I heard from each of them and I felt like I was buying a used car. Gema Tinoco I was first charged with driving without insurance. While I was insured, I couldnt find my proof of insurance at the time of being pulled over. I was assigned a court date that I missed by mistake - thus, an ex parte judgement was made for me finding me guilty of charges that would then lead to fines and revoking of my license. At this time, I sought a consultation from Mr. Nickels office and was really appreciative of his transparency in sharing that I may be able to reschedule my court date and appear with my proof of insurance without his assistance while still providing me with his rates should I choose to hire him. I chose to appear in court following his guidance and without representation. My charges were dropped but when the county failed to follow up with updating the ILSOS, I was unaware that I was driving with suspended plates and license until I was pulled over months later. This resulted in additional charges of driving without registration and driving with a suspended license (which are Class A misdemeanors). I sought Mr. Nickels representation through this process and appreciate how responsive and prompt he was to resolve my situation and help for my case to be dismissed. I did not have to appear to my second court date because he was able to resolve my case ahead of time.

Sherry Krueger I give this guy less than one star. He is uncooperative unresponsive . He is Executor of my friends estate and in two years he is neglected to a bury her ashes and settle her estate. In my opinion he is a Poor excuse for an attorney and a human being
