1 /5 Mark Johnson: I tried contacting this firm in regard to a case I have regarding an unsecured ladder that collapsed while I was working construction, causing 3 different surgeries and me to be out of work for the last 4 months. The secretary who answered the phone was incredibly rude, and hung up in my face. When I called back and said maybe we got disconnected, she refused to pass me along to anyone and hung up on me again. I have never been spoken to or treated with such disregard. Lucky for me, the Duncan Group answered right away and said I have a good case against the manufacturers and my workpalce. Good riddance!
