James Holder I used Barb Vella to help me in a custody dispute for my daughter. The first 2 attorneys I seen took my consultation money and told me I didnt have a chance. Then a friend referred me to Barb. She took my case and didnt automatically count me out because I was a dad. I couldnt imagine only seeing my child the amount of time I was being told I would. This was 10 years ago. I have since had the order modified and got the same service. Quick responses to calls and emails and a dominant performance in the court room. I refer everyone I can to Barb. I wouldnt have the relationship I do with my child if I didnt come across her. Seriously the best money I have ever spent.

Jennifer was exactly the lawyer I needed for my case. From start to finish her office walked me through everything I needed to know. She was there for me in times of turmoil and treated me like I needed to be treated. She was aggressive in court which is why I hired her. Her background in trials is what helped me immensely. It was a rough battle every step of the way and Jennifer was always right there with advice and more importantly a sympathetic heart in helping me go down this arduous road. I cant be happier with the outcome. The office was great in communicating along this journey. I was never left in the dark. Calls were answered. Documents sent in a timely manner. Cheryl Montgomery Attorney John Steigauf and Paralegal Monica Becker were excellent in there guidance of an unusual automobile accident were I suffered injuries. Complications arouse throughout the entire case due to many errors reported by the reporting officer in his report. In the end John negotiated a settlement with outstanding results and we were very happy with the services provided by Gibson Steigauf law firm.
