5 /5 Ben Bierly: This is going to be an extremely rare review, as Jennifer represented my ex, not me. Her reputation before I started negotiating terms of the settlement was that she was a bit of a pit bull. That may very well be when she needs to be, but what I observed was a consummate professional in a very difficult field. While she made sure my ex got what she wanted, Jennifer remained ever reasonable and approachable, allowing us (my ex and I) to come to an agreement both of us could live with. So, as long as your spouse can be reasone with, you can rest assured that you will be treated fairly. I wish I knew that going in, as it would have saved me $10k I didnt have to spend. My lawyer wasnt so reasonable (to me!), and I ended up having to let them go. So, if you are looking for a good divorce lawyer, or you see that she is representing your soon-to-be ex, you can feel good knowing she is present in the process.
P.S. Just to be clear, Im not giving this review because she caved in to my demands or anything. Quite the opposite! But everything was still handled with professionalism, a deep understanding of the law, and a good measure of civility.
