1 /5 Jely White: I had a legal matter. He was not my attorney. However, His receptionist would call me and leave messages on my voice mail. Those messages were meant to be the person against me. Keep in mind hes not my attorney. But his office would keep messaging me, and it was meant for the other for the person suing me. So I knew what was going on in the lawsuit because of their lack of class, very rude and not understanding when I called them. Why are you leaving messages meant for the other person, not me. Rude and money hungry

5 /5 Michael DeVore: Mr Gerber is a top shelf Attorney. My wife and I had a very complex case with the state being an appeal. Mr Gerber was able to get this case overturned and expunged. Mr Gerbers ability in a courtroom in direct and cross examination is only something you ever see in the movies. I recently hired him on for a separate civil proceeding, my faith in Mr Gerbers ability justified by his results and outcomes. You can hire a lawyer that takes your money and cares less about you and your representation , or you can hire the lawyers lawyer like Mr Gerber. I would be remised to not mention his Legal Assistant Kelli V. She is very professional, kind, and informative. This is the law office you want at your defense, and the law office you want when you need an offensive. MUCH thanks to the law office of Mr Gerber.

5 /5 Sarcastic Zombie: I would greatly recommend Will to anyone needing legal help! He worked very hard and helped me get custody of my two boys. He is confident and knows how to do his job. If you are honest with him he will do his best to help you. This was my first time ever being involved in a legal battle and he and his assistant were always ready to answer any question I had. 5 /5 Kristi Naretto: Let me be up front. I do not like writing reviews. They take a lot of time and I am busy with life and kids. That being said... I cannot recommend any other attorney. In the last 3 years, Will Gerber has handled THREE different cases for me. Will represented my family in a divorce after another attorney had failed to do anything we asked. Will came in, a year into it, and handled everything. He was able to negotiate a fantastic arrangement for custody, child support, and visitation. The second case was the adoption of my minors by my current husband. With his guidance and hard work, the case was completed in 8 months. Finally, he argued a LM case for me. I had a debt with a shady company. Long story short, he was able to negotiate an outcome that saved me $18,000. Im not easily impressed. Im also not terribly easy to work with. Its not that Im unrealistic, I just have high expectations. I stay involved with my cases. I mean, my attorney works for me, right? Will has found a way to exceed all of my expectations. He stays in contact with me. I NEVER wait weeks for a response. Will responds within days, sometimes hours. He has requested reasonable retainers and has made arrangements when I wasnt able to pay a balance in full. Jarrin, his support staff, is amazing too. I genuinely enjoy talking to Will and he treats me well. Like I said, I can be abrasive and bold, but he has always treated me like a person. He has treated me like I matter. I leave feeling like his only client. Will is an asset to the legal system. I wouldnt hesitate to retain him to represent me for any case. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to my family or friends. My personal opinion is that Mr. Gerber is THE best attorney in Livingston County.
