Erma Ofreneo My home was being affected by mine subsidence and experiencing significant damage. I had been submitting claims with my insurance provider throughout a span of several years to at least have the damage assessed and have a fair determination of whether it was caused by mine subsidence. The insurance provider ignored my claims, did not take them seriously, and the assistance I was provided was lackluster.
