5 /5 Nicole B: Peter Carroll is an absolutely amazing attorney. He will fight for you in the court room (I was incredibly impressed by his dominating presence and compassion for his clients). He is kind, carring and very in touch with what his clients are going through. I had a complicated case and needed an attorney last minute; dispite the fact he is busy he fit me in and spent so much time with me. He listened to me and truly heard me, heard my story and my concerns. He answered all of my questions and more importantly knew the law and still took the time to research cases that would help my cause in court.
I accidentally fell into his law firm and I couldnt be more thankful I did. He took me on as a client two days before trial, however you would have thought he had been working on my case for weeks. I do not want to be on the opposing side in court, thats for sure. He knows his case law and has multiple angles to fight for you.
Im so impressed with demeanor in court and his ability to catch even the smallest inconsistencies in someones testimony and his knowledge of the law. Though I had an emotional case he put me at ease and was by my side doing everything in his power he possibly could for me. I couldnt be more happy with the outcome and most importantly I feel heard because he told my story, my truth. There is a reason he has been an attorney in Woodstock so long and hes absolutely worth your time because he values your time, your opinions and most importantly he values you. Do not pass on the opportunity to have Mr. Carroll share your story and make sure youre heard in the courtroom when it couldnt count more.
