S Murphy For 20yrs Bill Markley Jr has been my insurance agent since his father retired from American Family. When Sr. wasn’t there, Bill Jr. would help me through any problems I had. American family wanted to move me to a new agent when Sr. retired. I fought it and won. Every claim or accident I’ve had in the past has been absolutely convenient and easy to resolve. Bill knows how to make the system work for the customer and he has done this each time where he handled all paperwork and made American Family accommodate my schedule instead of the other way around. Now going into retirement, I see the investments that he recommended and rates will soon benefit me greatly in the years to come.

Joseph Konney Lauren is always exceptionally fast to respond for inquiries and new policies. Very good rates for commercial/rental/home policies including umbrella insurance. Easy to work with.
