1 /5 Mary Kelly: It seems every time I go in your branch Emily is yelling at the tellers for whatever reason. It isnt professional and gives a hostile work environment vibe to the place. If she has to speak to them she should do it respectfully or behind closed doors so us members dont hear it.

Cindy the branch manager in jerseyville has been great. Like with Daniel when he was here (and in Godfrey) ordering foreign currency, she was friendly, professional and just really great to deal with. I had passed onto her how I have come to like the professionalism and smiles from the teller staff. They greet me like to say hi and maybe a quick how are things. Thank you.
