1 /5 Gavina Winn: Debit card expired, cant activate the new one they sent. 2 weeks and multiple phone calls later, still no working debit card. Youd be better off keeping cash under your mattress.

1 /5 Lane Robey: Deposited my paycheck from DoorDash and Anna-Jonesboro Nationals system was down. Almost 24hrs later and still havent seen my money. Asked the bank when I could expect it and they said "I dont know" and offered no help. Definitely not the kind of place you want to keep your hard-earned money.

jnuechte Chris came highly recommended, and now that we have had him as our agent for over a year its clear why. He is extremely knowledgable on insurance ins and outs, and very friendly and personable. I feel I am well covered, and he is always just a phonecall or text away. I have never had an agent that was on top of his game and communication like Chris. The icing on top, we saved over $1,000 annually on better coverage by switching to him. Thanks Chris!
Kari Weber Hard to choose just one issue. Rick is unprofessional and rude. Very slow to process paperwork, then gives last minute changes. He over charges for services. If you are a female and your business partner is male, just know he will do everything for the partner, but females are treated very poorly.
