Heather Simpson I went there yesterday to change my name on my social security card. The gentleman at the door, was nice and friendly ... The lady who waited on me, was very friendly and joked around with me, as we were finishing my online application by adding my documents needed. I was worried at first with all the bad reviews but, I was in and out of there within 10 mins. Zero issues ..

geekgurl2000 Well, its never a good time when one has to visit pantries, but they had an orderly, efficient system and were able to provide items i can microwave heat. The staff were friendly and kind.

Daniel Gillingham I have had them prepare my taxes for several years now, and they have been great to work with. Friendly and knowledgable staff. Very quick and efficient.

George Turner Although I miss my childhood Bank of Edwardsville, I have had several good contacts with Ryan in customer service. I think they went thru some turbulence during the takeover, but I think they got it squared away. Put it this way ... WAY better than Bank of America. It still has a "small bank" feel and it is easy to talk to a real person.

Markina Young I have been with Uecu since 2012. I just love them. They have helped with my banking needs tremendously! They are kind and patient with their members. Couldnt ask for a better credit union?!!
