Taunyia Hogan If you are looking for a great bank please check out Builtwell In Calhoun Ga. Great customer service, friendly smiles and can help with all you banking needs. Ashley has been a tremendous help to my family in many ways. Ex. She help my God son purchase his first car. He had been banking with her for about three years. The same bank just a different name. Ashley help assist me with starting my God son and grandson with account I could over see after getting the summer jobs. My grandson is in college out of state she has been a help long distance. Builtwell has notifications when something didnt look normal one of us would get a text. This has help him realize he card had been stolen. Having that notification help shut the card down before transaction were approved. All the employee are a great help the guys just ask for Ashley a lot because they are comfortable with her. I personally have had assist from several of the employee. Great team at Builtwell in Calhoun Ga.

Todd Stephens Ive been banking with this company since 2008. Their hospitality is unmatched and even though I have ran into some bumps along the way with their business practices, they are always willing to work with me. I would recommend this bank to my friends and family.

Brandon Allen I absolutely loved Greater Community Bank. Their customer service, local presence, and friendly team made banking a truly personal experience. Unfortunately, since the recent transition to LGE, that experience has changed dramatically—and not for the better. While some of the same wonderful team members are still at this location (and they will be deeply missed), the overall transition has been terrible. The new systems are clunky and feel like a downgrade. One of the most frustrating changes is that you can no longer call the local branch directly—you’re routed to a generic call center that seems disconnected from the community. If LGE’s goal is to make a meaningful footprint in this area, they’re certainly making an impression—but not a positive one. I genuinely feel sorry for the employees who have to work within this new structure, especially those who once thrived in the customer-first culture of Greater Community Bank. When I first joined GCB, they had a perfect 5-star rating. That rating has already begun to drop, and based on my experience—and the feedback I’ve heard from others—I wouldn’t be surprised if it continues to decline rapidly. I’m now in the process of looking for a new bank, one that values local service and customer relationships. It’s a real shame to see such a great community bank lost in this merger.

Nice and friendly with great knowledge of systems and how to get it done quickly. I will recommend this location and these ladies to everyone I know.

Felicia Fletch I came in on 08/19 to open a bank account. Kenneisha jones is who helped assist me. I had my sleepy toddler with me and she was absolutely amazing. She was understanding of his energetic self and really helped to make the atmosphere fun for my little one. Couldn’t have picked someone better to help us.
