5 /5 Felicia Fletch: I came in on 08/19 to open a bank account. Kenneisha jones is who helped assist me. I had my sleepy toddler with me and she was absolutely amazing. She was understanding of his energetic self and really helped to make the atmosphere fun for my little one. Couldn’t have picked someone better to help us.

5 /5 Karen Taylor: Today is the first day that I had stepped foot into a Bank of the Ozarks Branch, having previously been a C&S Customer. I had many questions and problems that I needed addressed and was feeling a little bit overwhelmed. The bank employee patiently took her time with me though and answered each and every question that I had. She then proceeded to address every single challenge with friendliness, grace, and a big smile. My only PROBLEM?? I forgot to get the employees name!! I WILL return soon tho, and you can bet that I will find out her name. BRAVO!!
