Ive been banking with Citizens for a little over 2 years and Ive never had a problem, and at my local branch in Preston all I have to do is drive up and they know what to do.I also like the app, its easy to use and you have the ability to send secure messages to customer service and they usually get right back to you. Ive also been advised that in a couple of weeks Zelle will be up and running right in the mobile app, this is great as I will no longer have to use the Zelle app. if I could give 6 stars I would. Keep up the good work.

I went in for a print and fax one evening last week and A nice young lady informed me that they were not opened for business until mid October but she still serviced me with excellent customer service anyway!!
