I went in this morning after having accidentally overdrafted my account and not only was Chris professional and courteous, he helped me to get my overdraft fees refunded on the spot. AndreTheGiantSlayer Recently called in because I ordered a new debt card two months ago with an address change, however was informed by the branch manager that a card was never sent out 2 month ago. Asked to speak to a branch manager after getting irate due to this, and was told I was speaking to him, Chris. My account was then CLOSED due to me saying a cuss word, because I was irritated that my card I ordered 2 months ago was never done He hung up on me and when I called back later to try and get my account back THE BRANCH MANAGER SAID: That sounds like a personal problem and hung up on me again. Chris if you’re reading this, I remember when banking was personal, it was called Capital Bank
