Gods Chosen one Manager is very rude, unprofessional, ghetto, loud mouth, and disrespectful. Her and the other lady that work there talks about customers in front of other customers. Both of them seem like drama queens because they always talking about somebody and other stuff that has nothing to do with their job. I did call for the guy that works there and the suppose to be manager answered the phone while still talking to someone else and said that he was with a customer. I called back a few minutes later, she answered the phone again while still talking to someone else and said he was at lunch. Very unprofessional and rude. If you want or need money, go somewhere else. If they keep this kind of attitude and unprofessional mess up, they will be out of business if the right people see it and hear it.

Carlton Mathis Called Mr. Moton to try to set up a meeting with my wife and mother in law because unfortunately she had a life event that left her paralyzed and she needed to change her financial direction. I was called told that me nor my wife could be present with her even though that’s her request - for her daughter to help guide her through these tough times. I excused myself out of the meeting just Incase he was suspicious of a sin- in- law trying to assist. He called me and my wife money hungry thieves and other insulting things because we’re trying to help our mother who just became paralyzed. Jd Jd I’m funny about my banks. When I’m treated like a number at a place that has my money I get anxiety. This bank and the bank manager Ms Cindy are by far the best bank I have ever used. They call me by name when I come in there never in a bad mood or show it because we all have bad days. I have never caught a mistake not saying it’s not possible but I absolutely love banking with them.

Chuck Reny I just took my 3032 tractor to Ag-Pro for service. The 3-point hitch was leaking down. The service manager, Steven, told me it would take 3 days to fix it. The tractor was ready as promised and was repaired. I am glad I bought my tractor from this AgPro because the service is so good.
