1 /5 Amanda Cleveland: Last week on Thursday we went to see about an account a family member had opened 3 years ago and since my son turned 18 he could have access to it. We had several people with us, me, my son, his grandmother, his aunt and his sibling. My son is ADHD and has a hard time understanding stuff so he wanted to bring his aunt and grandmother. Well we got a lady and her very first comment was oh all of you are coming in here um yes you got a problem with that. Well I dont know if she don’t know what she was doing but every little thing she done she had to get on the phone and ask how to do it. We decided to close the account she didn’t know how to do that then she couldn’t figure out how to print the statements and then she couldn’t figure out how to print the checks. We were there from 2:40 till about 5:20. All of her coworkers were waiting on her and she was still on the phone trying to figure out what to do. It should not take that long to close an account. Better watch who you bank with. I wouldn’t give this place one star but that was the only option.
