1 /5 India Sims: This bank has went far down hill! Poor, poor customer service and bad representation of a credit union. They lack the ability and skills to problem solve any issues concerning fraudulent activity. They have fail not once, but twice with keeping my spouse’s account safe. They give you run around and fail to follow up. You never speak with the same person, nor does the previous person notate the account. Like how is this acceptable??? They rush you off the phone to avoid conversing with you and refer you to other people that don’t have a clue on the issue. I’m not sure if it’s an entire Robin financial issue or just this particular bank in Athens, Ga but DO NOT BANK WITH A BANK THAT FAILS THEIR CUSTOMERS THIS MISERABLY!
