1 /5 Cecile Robinson: Horrible service, rude employees. I will not go there again and the leadership condones in unprofessional behaviors from their staff so there’s no need to complain to them. They will put the problem off on another bank

1 /5 India Sims: This bank has went far down hill! Poor, poor customer service and bad representation of a credit union. They lack the ability and skills to problem solve any issues concerning fraudulent activity. They have fail not once, but twice with keeping my spouse’s account safe. They give you run around and fail to follow up. You never speak with the same person, nor does the previous person notate the account. Like how is this acceptable??? They rush you off the phone to avoid conversing with you and refer you to other people that don’t have a clue on the issue. I’m not sure if it’s an entire Robin financial issue or just this particular bank in Athens, Ga but DO NOT BANK WITH A BANK THAT FAILS THEIR CUSTOMERS THIS MISERABLY!

1 /5 jennifer roberts: Called today for an auto loan pay off & spoke with the rudest two girls that refused to give me my last payment info, I had to call a third time to get the pay off amount! Poor poor customer service! If that is as good as they can hire to answer the phone lines , I would close the business & start over. Sad world! The two ladies are our entitlement sector for sure with no doubt!

5 /5 B Spires: Great credit union to bank with. I have had an account with Robins for 34 years. Several auto loans, mortgages and refinances. Never any issues. I have many family members and friends who have left big name banks to bank with Robins. Their only regret was they didnt switch sooner. Dont let the negative reviews steer you away. Find out for yourself.
