She took my worries and put them all to rest with her gracious and most giving attitude. Her customer service was nothing less than absolute perfection and with my specific situation, I will never be able to accurately put into words just how EXTREMELY thankful I am that she chose kindness when she assisted ME! She deserves all the recognition in the world! Once again Alesha, YOU ARE A ROCKSTAR and Ill never forget the hurdles you jumped through to see to it that my needs were not only handled but also understood!

5 /5 Vonda Blount: Been banking with United Bank since 1976--I was 9 when I opened my first savings account, and they were still Bank of Zebulon, on the corner beside my house. A lot of growth has taken place since then. They are big enough to meet all of the customers needs while still retaining that small town feel and excellent customer service. I once complimented John Edwards about the service I had just received. His reply--"I appreciate the compliment, but tell me something were doing wrong. Thats the only way we can correct it and get better!" Ive never forgotten that lesson. UB still banks with that attitude and it shows! Thanks UB!

5 /5 Gina Owens: I had an issue with my debit card when attempting to pay for an online purchase. The card kept showing as invalid number. Called customer service and Sue in Zebulon Georgia was a huge help! I learned it happened because the person I was trying to pay is outside the US and the bank was protecting my account. She made it so I could pay with my card and she said she’d watch until the payment was made and then secure the card again. Thank you Sue!!!!

5 /5 K Stone: I recently had some issues with my Bill Pay and I was so pleased with how United responded. Alesha Crook in Digital Banking took all the time she needed with me to help and solve the issue. She was patient and so very friendly. Ive been a customer at United for several years and most of the people Ive dealt with have been helpful and kind as well. Thank you Alesha and United for being there for me.
