B D Reviews represent each person individual experiences and it helps to paint a good picture of the type of entity you can come to expect. A respectable company doesnt hide their consumer reports. They lack transparency and the customer service is atrocious. I pay this company for services and cant get people on the phone. They send emails at closing on Friday evening so its Monday before they can be reached. This is a very dishonest practice and I need answers.

Linda Guess We have had several storms come through our area for several years, which caused damage to our house and all I had to do is contact our agent, Insurance Services of the South, Inc. Someone was here very shortly to access the damage. Also we didnt have to wait very long to receive funds for the repairs. We are very pleased with the services we have received.

Kina White This is the best bank I have ever dealt with. Customer service is awesome and the employees are ready to help you with any service needed at anytime. They also share tips on financial literacy. There isn’t a bank in Dublin or surrounding counties that can help like Robins. Don’t believe me?? Try them and you’ll see. Thank me later!!
