1 /5 Jody Robertson: Extremely Rude!! The older lady who is charge is hateful and lazy. If you have more than one deposit, don’t you dare ask her to do her job and deposit the money in your account. She will tell you to use the night deposit. The bank is open and it’s not at night! She sat through my whole transaction and let me know how I shouldn’t have came inside to deposit the money. Another time I was in there… the line was so long of customers waiting, and she was just sitting there not offering any help to the other tellers to get the line down! United Community your team is only good as your leader, and right now she is not the one who should be in charge especially over customer service. She gives the bank a bad name.. I wouldn’t want her to be the face of any business!
