1 /5 Doug: After waiting in line for 15 Minutes to get a document notarized, I was told I had to wait for one of the "bankers" to notarize my documents. I was then told they could not notarize my paperwork due to the language in the documents. I have been in the same branch to get the same documents notarized on several occasions without any issue. Never-mind the whole purpose is to validate my signature (not interpret the wording in the documents). Anyway, been a customer for over 20 years. The customer service is horrible. I closed my account on the spot. So much happier now. BTW, went to UPS store for notary, no questions asked, excellent service. If zero stars were an option, it would be zero.
