Because I normally travel to Fayetteville or McDonough intentionally as to avoid the Jonesboro location!!! However I have observed since Oct-Nov 2023 a very welcoming change in the Customer Service & promptness provided by the Bankers in the Front Lobby... Specifically; Relationship Banker: Mr. KHALIL LINSEY Always has a very pleasant demeanor, very professional and always attentive to all his customers need with a smile.... Most people are quick to right BAD Reviews.... So today I wanted to be quick to right a GOOD Review...
