He has a great staff, they were professional, courteous and orderly eventhough their manager was assisting at another location. Im very happy about the service I received.

4 /5 TheMzThicky: The place gets a 4 star rating because of Mr. Orlando. I would gave 5 but Anyone else is the office is incompetent. I called and asked for my documents waited two hours called back complained spoke with Mr. Orlanda I had the documents in 4 minutes. Its just a shame that he never gets people who can follow simple tasks. Bring Lashaunda back. When she was there no matter if her or Orlando answered I always felt welcomed heard and taken care of. Thanks Mr. Orlando for taking such great care of me these last 10 years. I almost switched then I remembered. I dont let nobody touch my taxes except you.
