1 /5 Robert Alpert: Im at truest Bank in the Drive-Thru been here 15 minutes at Charlie in the morning nobody came to the window had to hit the call button twice before somebody came then they make you wait again I certainly do not recommend this Bank the need for management is imperative to make this bank run right

1 /5 Edith Lewis: I waited in the drive through line for 15 mins before having to leave. The long wait at these branches is ridiculous. I definitely would not recommend this bank. If you dont have enough personnel to work the drive through turn the light off.

1 /5 Deborah Bright: The lady at the end with the short blonde hair. Is very mean. I saw that the customer didnt quiet understand and she told them PLEASE JUST LET ME DO MY JOB. If the customer dont understand that you understand then you are not doing your job. Then why do have to take that tone with people who is putting there money in this bank. I would have ask for a manger to help me or another teller.

5 /5 Ms MChell: Today I experienced a very pleasant visit at the Downtown Jonesboro TRUIST Bank.... I hadnt been to this location in a while. Because I normally travel to Fayetteville or McDonough intentionally as to avoid the Jonesboro location!!! However I have observed since Oct-Nov 2023 a very welcoming change in the Customer Service & promptness provided by the Bankers in the Front Lobby... Specifically; Relationship Banker: Mr. KHALIL LINSEY Always has a very pleasant demeanor, very professional and always attentive to all his customers need with a smile.... Most people are quick to right BAD Reviews.... So today I wanted to be quick to right a GOOD Review... Keep Up the Excellent Customer Service that you are providing to your customers Mr. KHALIL LINSEY & ALL!!! You are truly making a wonderful difference in our banking experience at the Downtown Jonesboro location.
