1 /5 Rachael Scott: Everyone is commenting on the friendliness of the staff, but NOT the actual service that is rendered. Our experience has been a nightmare. We changed to Mrs. Vaughn after a recommendation and it was the worst mistake we could have done. Our 2020 taxes were a nightmare and still to this day in December 2022 are not complete. If you expect to get any answers you will have to call multiple times and still wont get any answers. They forgot to include one of our W2s in 2020 so we had to make an amendment in 2022. We started getting certified letters that we never filed for 2020. Turns out they never filed the amendment and blamed it on their 3rd party company. This was sent to us in an email after calling multiple times. There is no excuse for this unprofessionalism and lack of work ethic to help resolve issues THEY created. Proceed with caution.
