5 /5 Keith Cook: My local bank was recently acquired by Five Star Credit Union and my accounts were recently transitioned to Five Star Credit Union accounts. During that process I had multiple contacts with Five Star Credit Union personnel who assisted me with establishing online access to my accounts, obtaining new debit cards, applying for a Five Star Credit Union issued Visa card, etc.
I am a disabled old man with severe hearing loss who often unintentionally sounds like a gruff old mean badger when I’m on the phone. I often have to ask people to repeat what they say during a conversation and It is quite common for callers to lose patience with me and be less than courteous during a call.
Thankfully, that has not been the case in my experiences with the good folks at Five Star Credit Union! The kindness, courtesy, and patience extended to me is a most welcome change as compared to my dealings with other companies. My contact with each and every Five Star Credit Union representative during the past few weeks has been a very pleasant experience. The Five Star Credit Union personnel have been very courteous, polite, and patient with me while assisting me in gaining access to my accounts and the many services Five Star Credit Union provides to its members.
The employees at Five Star Credit Union exhibit a level of personal commitment to their customers that is frequently missing in the majority of my contact and dealings with individuals and organizations in the fast paced environment of today’s world. I wish others would follow the example provided by Five Star Credit Union when dealing with their clientele.
