EK West Kaitlyn at the Calhoun, GA branch is an outstanding individual. I needed help with a design I created for my debit card and so did my son. She helped us get it approved and applied and was able to print the card right then and there. She also explained how to log in to our online accounts and helped my son log in to his first ever checking account. She was kind, professional, and made us feel so important! Kaitlyn is a gem!

Molly Fisher Nate has always went above and beyond with helping us make sense of our taxes, as well as getting back the best refund weve worked for. He is reliable, and knows what he is doing. I tried Turbo Tax for a few years, however decided to go back this year after realizing that having a professional work on your taxes is probably smarter than doing them yourself. Tammy Roberts Been on hold for 25 minutes. I cant access my online account, they said use your First bank login ID and the last 6 of your social. Then it wants to call you with a passcode but the message says "sorry an application error has occurred-Goodbye" and the system hangs up on you. Disappointing to say the least
