Gail Wallin I have dealt with this bank a long time before it was Builtwell. I have to drive about 40 minutes away to go there personally, but I still will not change to another bank. They have been very nice and helpful.

Doris Fargason I have had several bad banking encounters over the last few months. Mostly involving the fraud department either closing down access when they should not have and NOT closing it down when they should have. Trust me when I say both scenarios were devastating. Misty Price at this Regions Bank location has been the one shining light through this whole disaster! She is calm, respectful, listens to the whole problem. Fixes what she can and gives great advice on how to proceed when she can not fix it herself. She is a long time associate and truly an asset to this bank and our community. We spoke with the manager named Chelsea at the location and she was very helpful and extremely pleasant to interact with. She gave us all the information we were looking for and offered to further help us with all of our banking needs. My grandmother decided to not refinance at this time due to her age but we will be moving the rest of her retirement and checking accounts at Tennessee Vally credit union over to Builtwell soon.
