5 /5 EK West: Kaitlyn at the Calhoun, GA branch is an outstanding individual. I needed help with a design I created for my debit card and so did my son. She helped us get it approved and applied and was able to print the card right then and there. She also explained how to log in to our online accounts and helped my son log in to his first ever checking account. She was kind, professional, and made us feel so important! Kaitlyn is a gem!

1 /5 Michelle Ward: I left this location very upset with how the teller spoke to my husband in front of our daughter. He asked a simple question, and instead of providing help, she responded with rude and condescending remarks. Her reaction was completely uncalled for. Unfortunately, this has not been the first time we’ve noticed poor customer service here—this branch has lately been poorly represented by ill-mannered employees, and today proved it again.

1 /5 Nick Purkey: I wish a zero star was possible for not just the calhoun branch but the bank as a whole. After 20 years of using family savings as my go to for loans ect. This banking institution has crossed a line that I cant forgive. I am in the process of opening new accounts with a new banking institution and will never do business with family savings again. (To Family Savings, yall can try and address the issue, but nothing will change my mind until your banking institution stops violating your members 2nd amendment rights, freezing their accounts without warning leaving them without access to their money)
