1 /5 It’s me!: This place has employed people with the same mentality as the bitter baby mamas they party with on the weekends. It’s unfair to the ones paying on time. It’s designed for the ones doing right to fail. I sat and listened to the lady at the front counter give a lady pointers on how to get more child support. All because he moved on to a better situation and bought a house.

5 /5 Glenn Tavenner: The staff from the security guard to the ladies behind the window are exceptionally polite. Courteous and helpful. Thank you for making a situation that is both embarrassing and troubling easier.

1 /5 janet leigh: This place is the worse office. All they care about is filling their finger nails & lie. They WILL not return calls & my son couple years ago. Paid back his child support. In the court house. He ask them was their anything else he need to do. NO. Then week later he got pull over & licenc was suppended. Got fines and put on probation. Because of these office people have no clue what they are doing. Just pure laziness. Now this year he took care of some business. Took the paper work to this office now in Dublin Ga. And said they would not suspend his licence. And they still done it. Everyone in this office should be fired. Because they have no clue what they are doing. But his lawyer will have a field day on this. Another thing. Why should a father or mother pay child support not get to see their kids. I can understand if it was something bad. But his case he has a clean background. Swainsboro child support office is way better than this office. Child support workers. Do better. Value your job & do better for the people.

5 /5 Amy Gilbert: The women there are really great. Very friendly, always willing to listen and explain things. Id rather go in and speak with someone because the people who answer the general 800 number and always rude and try and rush me off the phone with no explanations. The people at the office actually seem to care. Thank you for such wonderful service!

5 /5 Bryan Lutz: No one there to talk to .machines all over the place taking thousands of jobs while we wait patiently on hold.bummer. Gave a 5 star because the human I talk to was outstanding.
