1 /5 Faith Noles: My android phones charger needed to be changed out.I chose this company because I had heard great things about Martin. Im wheelchair bound and was unable to go to PagePlus, so my daughter went in my stead.
There was a woman working there and Martin was gone. My daughter called me because the worker told her it would take a couole of days to receive charger in the mail. I paid extra for overnight delivery because Iwanted a new battery.
I received the phone and had trouble with the screen immediately. Previously, i could see the screen while outside but not anymore. I told my daughter about it and she went to talk to the worker.. Come to find out, the worker had taken the motherboard of my phone and put it into another phone. So i didnt have my original screen. In the meantime. I couldnt open up my phone by double tapping. Next, the screen started cracking on the left corner. And tonight I go to unplug the phone charger and the end of the fast charging cord is stuck in the phone.
My daughter called the workers several times to carry the phone back to be fixed, but the worker kept giving her excuses, saying she wouldnt be there.
The end of this story is my daughter and I both are recovering from surgery and havent had time to deal with this.
P.S. I dont believe a new battery was shipped. I wanted my old battery left in the phone and the new battery given to me.
Ill never send another phone here to be repaired.
If you carry your phone there, make sure its Martin who works on it.
