1 /5 Monica Buitureida: worst bank to come to very small parking lot its hard to find any parking. The wait time is ridiculous. The ATM machine screen was not working. smh and the atm light was on as if it was working the other atm was empty on cash

3 /5 Kelli Whire: The banker, when I finally able to see one was nice and knowledgeable however the parking and drive thru are the worst! Wait times are normally long always as well.

1 /5 Justin Archer: The employees here are very nice, but they need to 1. Hire more employees, all the people in this picture were waiting on one teller. After an hour a second teller came, but they need like 5 tellers during busy hours like this. 2. Maybe open a second Covington location, either near the new Publix, near the Ingles, anywhere, because this was absolutely ridiculous. I have a job and a family, I cant sit in the bank for two hours to do something I should have been able to do online.

1 /5 clapped out podcast: If I could leave zero stars I would….it never fails when you come in the drive thru, it takes 15-20 minutes! Make sure you have a snack because no matter the time of day, you will be waiting a long time!

1 /5 Reagan Johnson: I’ve had multiple instances depositing cash in the drive thru and they have counted and deposited less money than I have given them. I understand a mistake once but multiple times is incredibly shady. All I require is my money to be counted and deposited, there’s even a machine that will count it for you and I’ve had 3 instances of a lesser total being deposited? I don’t buy that. Since I can’t rely on the incredibly few tellers who work here to properly count my money, I rely on the ATM which isn’t much better. It seems it’s never working or accepting cash deposits. If you’re not gonna have enough staff to timely or properly service customers, you’d think there should at least be functioning ATMs.
