1 /5 Chris: Rude representative calls and demands an immediate yes answer from me (which I won’t do because of say yes scam). The representative rudely responds when I tell them I won’t say that right off the bat because of the scam. The representative wouldn’t tell me where they called from at start of the call when they introduced themself and no company name on caller id. Only way I found it was title max corporate office was by calling in. The representative that called me when I advised I’m cautious because of scams retorted well when you are ready to verify we can talk till then won’t tell you nothing and hung up on me when I was trying to get out then don’t call me no more.

1 /5 Marie Logan: The slogan they use of get your title back with title max should be never get your title back with title max. The interest rate they gave me of 186 and 195 for my vehicles I have had to keep refinancing because I was never told the payment was not bringing my balance down. I have paid so much in refinancing I lost both vehicles because I couldn’t afford to keep refinancing I was paying the fees for over a year. This place is a scam. I am now careless my daughter and myself. They took advantage of people while we were during a crisis situation Covid caused me to have to get the loans. When the world was shutting down. They don’t go over any details just sign. In the future I hope this helps others to not make the mistake My loan said it was denied but they still gave it to me. This is a set up for failure I have paid the loans plus some through the high financing fees. But lost both cars

1 /5 M Perry: Representative very rude. Blaming the office where my loan was started for the issue when she was the issue at that moment. Not listening and then saying she is not a mind reader. You don’t have ti be a mind reader but if you don’t listen you will need to figure it out. Very ignorant to be at the corporate office.

1 /5 Larry Vaughn: Was a very good experience till I tried to pick my title back up. Told me I had already received. Not willing to check to see on cameras who has my title. Tried calling customer service and sat on hold for 30 minutes and no pick up. Have to go to get replacement title now. No help after paying my loan off like I said. No help after loan paid.
