Chykira Carter Stop sending that young lady in the red durango to people houses risking her life for some money she sweet and understanding but yall be risking her life especially after ppl have called informed yall of there situations and not running hiding from yall but yall act like one payment gone put yall out of business or get the lights cut off HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM ‼️ Even if your payment is due on the day of if your not there by 1 here come a call cnt give ppl time to get other business handled I believe its the branch managers put some much pressure on these front office ppl ‼️

Siedah Ford Once everything got verifies and in place the process was pretty smooth and quick. I felt like I got the run around a few times but I was informed that they are short-staffed and working in retail, I completely understand and appreciated just being told that. There is someone that answers the phone and cuts me off every single time I call! She wont even let you finish telling her why youre calling and THAT is very frustrating! Overall they are nice and explain the process throughly.

Giacomo F Review for greg williams first horizon I have bought several homes and have built two up north and out west. Honestly, I have been working with this first Horizon for about three months and I was getting conflicting information on different things. I was told one thing and then another thing and was dragged out was an emotional roller coaster for me and my family I was like what the he double hockey sticks !! definitely not an experience like I’ve ever had and I’ve bought houses in multiple states prior wasn’t upfront with me about the FHA guidelines and was told different things at several different times that didn’t make sense and that didn’t help we wound up not going through with the Loan I know it’s not all on them but they should be and should help with the financial part of the process and at least let you know what has to be done in a timely manner and let me know what’s going on throughout the whole process I felt like I was told something different every few days , like I said earlier each day, also throughout the process, they hit my credit four different times and dropped my score by 10 points. I have to wait a year and a half now for all of these hard inquiries to come off, as well as the rate, went up in the middle of the process as well, so they never locked the rate in so do yourself a favor and check out rocket mortgage SoFI ,or some thing like that you’re better off Worst experience I’ve had dealing with someone trying to get a house. I don’t recommend at all if I could give zero stars I would. Also to boot we lost our 4K in earnest money and thankfully our realtor with chucktown homes made it right and is getting us out funds back ,but feel bad it’s coming out of his personal money now this is ridiculously insane do yourself a favor and shop around !!!! Also this guy did not help in the least bit to get this loan closed plain and simple
