OneMain Financial - Albany (GA)

Kristen Petrel ZERO STARS!! DO NOT invest with this office. I had a small account set up many years ago that I was not actively contributing to and required no maintenance. Mr. Kimpling CLOSED my retirement account without my consent due to "inactivity" with no warning. They were supposedly calling a phone number that was not mine and sent zero mail stating that they were going to do this. I lost half of my money by this account being closed! Unacceptable. And then when I called the office to see if there was a mix up, Diane was very rude to me! Unacceptable. Customer service was less than zero stars. DO NOT do business with Mr. Kimpling!!!

pastel vybz Tbh I wouldn’t even give this place a star but I had to. The most unprofessional place of business I ever been & then so called manger is very rude! Yells & scream at you thru the phone then Hang up in your face when you ask a simple question. Please if you need to get your taxes filed look the other way! Anywhere but here, I rather let Stevie wonder do my taxes than to ever go back here again! Such a headache NEVER AGAIN

Tammy Chesser The people that work there are friendly and not all business they treat every customer with respect and courtesy. Myself and my daughter Samantha have pawned items in the past and were so afraid we lost it because of financial problems, but they have never put our items on the floor to sell them , Ive wondered sometimes why and its because they have done business with us for years and know that sometimes we all have money problems. So I thank yall so much for all that you all do. Great job guys.

maysha Myrick 1st Franklin is a very helpful loan company. The workers are always nice & doing their jobs in a very professional way. Also if you need help with payments they can work with you & make sure your up to date.. I would definitely recommend when you need financial help.

Everyone there has always made us feel welcomed, and genuinely happy to see us anytime we have visited the branch at the Trinity Place office in Athens GA.
