Kathy Burgess I went in on a Friday morning and some assumed I was making a transaction with the tellers when I actually wanted to open an account. After waiting for a few minutes and watching everyone, I was finally asked if I was making a transaction with a teller and I stated that I wanted to open up an account. They were really nice and helpful, I would gladly do it again

Due to the fact that not only do they have excellent customer service- They have like a family environment to me! They treat you with kindness, professionalism and respect! Any claim Ive filed whether it was car or my home, they immediately handled it and followed thru til the end. Mrs Laurinda Reynolds is TOP TIER (she deserves a raise!) and even the owner Mr Brandon Bailey has taken the time to help me in so many ways to have my home and cars secure and offer excellent rates! Im thankful for this company especially during a time when so many businesses try to rip you off or all about making money only and not caring about the customers! I would recommend them to ANYONE!
Ryan Jett This staff always goes above and beyond. Specifically, Elda Carrasco. Shes an incredible manager. Due to a brush with Covid, she came out to the parking lot to notarize some documents for me. And shes always doing stuff like that. The level of service is above anything Ive ever received from any bank branch anywhere. Its astounding.
