At our appointment, the staff and Ella made us feel very comfortable, easy to speak with, and professional. During the sit down with Ella, I got exactly what I came for. An easy person to talk with that gets what I am looking to do. A well managed tax return that suits my needs, not just filling in numbers and moving onto the next one. She has a great vibe about her, that comes off light-hearted, but also very knowledgeable, and as she says "I dont leave any money on the table". Yes Maam, you get it.
