Valor Insurance - The Hathaway Agency - Marietta (GA)

1 /5 John OConnor: I was convinced to change carriers by Brian Bass in 2021. The first year was fine but when our 1 year renewal came up our premiums jumped 33% for auto and 39% for our home. We did not have one claim and their answer was that rates just went up. I got back with Allstate who I had previously and they have my auto rates back to where they were before I went to Valor. Valor Insurance (Jeff Hathaway & Brian Bass) can not be trusted and once there is a problem they did nothing to help. They dont even deserve one star.

They have always been so great and I can always ask questions and get real & caring answers!!! I’ve never been with an Insurance Agency that has ever treated me as awesome as they do!!! They call me and check up on me..... I couldn’t ask for anything more!!!! A special shout out to Jessica who has been there through so much with me. 1 /5 Bill Francia: This is the WORST insurance agency Ive ever dealt with. My wife asked a copy of her life insurance policy that she has been paying for several years. We were told that we cannot get a copy because its been more than 2 yrs old. Basically they expect us to continue paying ,even though we dont know what we are paying for. Thats great customer service. I contacted another agency in another area and was told that its not true and that the agency im dealing with just doesnt want to be bothered by this. I highly recommend NOT to deal with this agency at all.
