Sarah Kitchens The agent at this office, Colleen Raye Taylor, is completely unprofessional. I inquired about an existing policy with this office and she not only did not help me, she did not want to, and her attitude was horrible. I switched all policies to State Farm solely because of HER. She is not good for business for Farm Bureau and I’d suggest they “give her the boot” as State Farm did before she acquired this job. I will be contacting headquarters in Macon about her.

Deidra Everett Words cannot express why I gave this office a 5 star rating. From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by Mr. Eddie Causey and I didnt know it. He was so kind, he asked for general questions and greeted me with a smile. He was a humble man. The atmosphere was calm and professional. Now, my agent Mrs. Anita showed me nothing but great customer service. She listen to my concerns. She was so honest and transparent with me. She quoted us with coverage that will benefit us and it was reasonable. She offered suggestions to save more and she went above her call of duty. I left out with tears of joy after what I experienced with a previous insurance company. Thank you all for providing us with great customer service♥️
