In dealing with this company, I have found it to be a great organization with great customer service. However, the rate climbed with no warning or explanation. Every month brought anxiety in preparation for the sticker shock. Not knowing what would appear after the make payment click.
I have talked with several people who say the same, but with different companies. It appears to be just a pass the buck insurance thing. As if they dont already receive a premium. Prices just increase if someone has an accident in your area. Whether you knew about it or not. Its still passed on. Gone are the days of safe driver decreases. Doesnt matter. A nickel here, a dime there.
