5 /5 Emily Bloodworth: Im so very thankful for United Community. Well, thankful for the lovely, sweet, kind, courteous, tellers that are so very helpful!!! Customer Service like I havent seen in a long time. I mean Im not treated like a number in the system. They treat me, I believe like, they would want to be treated. All business should teach their employees to: treat others the way, you want others to treat you. Thank you!

4 /5 dom inator: I like useing United Community bank, especially in comparison to others Ive used. The only major problem that I have found is that the ATMs at every location dont take deposits. Its hard to make it to the bank throughout a work week and now they close on Saturdays. If you work a construction job or any job that requires crazy hours like that, I would suggest trying elsewhere. This would be a 5 star review if not for that.

5 /5 Christine Kelley: I have always been treated so well at the branch in Covington, Ga. But on this visit, they knew I had just lost my husband from a sudden heart attack. They all came to give me a hug, and showed so much love. This branch and ALL of its employees are amazing. Thank you

5 /5 David Williams: Everyone is always friendly and handles my transactions quickly. Ive used several banks in the past but Ive found that United Community is by far the best one that Ive used. Its has the friendly hometown bank atmosphere that continues to put their customers first. I would highly recommend using them for all of your banking needs.
